Wheatsheaf Runners - Update.
Well done to the runners and our Customers - together you have raised £1500.00 for your nominated charities.
Charities this year are Walsall Manor Hospital Childrens Ward who asked for a Wii and games. We got them these and a TV to play it on as well with extra remotes,
and Mecap House in Lysways Street, who asked for pictures for their hallway and lounge as they had recently had the house refurbished.

Awards Galore!
The girls from The Wheatsheaf are proud to annouce that we have been voted Walsall CAMRA Pub of the Year 2008 - we've even made front page news of the Express & Star Saturday 17th. If that wasn't enough we've also won an award from our Landlords - Trust Inns - the 'Best Initiative Award' :)
